Daier Return & Refund Policy

At Daier, we are committed to providing a transparent and efficient after-sales experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please initiate your request through your customer account at https://account.daierswitches.com before the 14-day period expires. Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Original outbound shipping fees, import duties, and local taxes are non-refundable.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized products.


90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may apply for a return or exchange within 90 days of the date of receipt (as confirmed by the logistics document) by contacting our customer service team at angel@chinadaier.com with your order number, product photos, and any relevant details. We will process your application promptly. Once the returned item arrives at Daier's warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

Return Conditions:

All returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition
  • Items must show no signs of physical damage caused by the buyer
  • All accessories must be included
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Original shipping invoice or proof of purchase (if any) must be included

Failure to meet these conditions may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return request.

Please note: For non-quality-related returns, Daier refunds the cost of the product only. Original shipping fees, import duties, and local taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Refund requests under the 90-day money-back guarantee expire 90 days after a warranty claim is opened. For purchases not made directly through Daier's official online store, please contact the retailer for assistance.

If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact our customer service team at angel@chinadaier.com within 90 days of receipt (including national holidays).


Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 7 business days and notify you of the outcome via email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1-2 business days after inspection is complete.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Daier or through Daier's authorized resellers are covered by a limited warranty starting from the date of purchase.

Daier's limited warranty applies only in the country of original purchase and is void for items taken outside that country.

Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through authorized distributors and retailers, such as Amazon, are handled directly by Daier.

For quality-related warranty claims, defective items will be replaced with a factory-refurbished model of equal value when available; otherwise, a new item will be sent. Replacement warranties follow the same timeframe as the original item, or 90 days from the replacement date, whichever is longer. Warranties are void after a full refund has been issued.

Claim Process:

  1. Submit a warranty claim with sufficient proof of purchase
  2. Provide the defective item's serial number and/or photographic evidence of the defect
  3. Follow Daier's troubleshooting steps as documented by our team
  4. Return the item for quality inspection if required

Valid Proof of Purchase:

  • Order number from Daier's official online store or authorized resellers
  • Sales invoice
  • Dated receipt from an authorized Daier reseller showing product description and price

Please note that more than one form of proof may be required (e.g., payment confirmation and shipping address verification).

Warranty claims expire 90 days after the claim is opened, or at the end of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.


Buyer-Responsible Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in the following situations:

  • Returning products for reasons other than a proven defect
  • Warranty claims on items used outside the original country of purchase
  • Accidental returns
  • Returning personal items
  • Returning items claimed to be defective but found to be in working condition upon inspection
  • International return shipping for defective items
  • Unauthorized returns (returns made outside the approved warranty process)

For buyer-initiated returns, the buyer is responsible for all round-trip shipping fees, cross-border taxes, and any associated costs. We do not accept freight-collect shipments.

Please ensure returned items are securely packaged. Provide a tracking number before shipment, and use a reliable, trackable courier service. Daier is not responsible for damage or loss during return transit.


Items Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Products without valid proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items outside their warranty period
  • Non-quality-related issues after 90 days of purchase
  • Free or promotional products
  • Repairs performed by unauthorized third parties
  • Damage caused by external factors
  • Damage resulting from misuse (including but not limited to: drops, exposure to extreme temperatures or water, or improper operation)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

Limitation of Liability

Daier is not liable for:

  • Loss of data resulting from the use of Daier products
  • Personal items mistakenly returned to Daier

When returning items using a prepaid shipping label provided by Daier, Daier is not responsible for damage or loss during transit. For non-quality-related returns, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the condition of the item during shipping. Daier does not issue refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality-related claims.
