My previous battery disconnect failed recently, so I went shopping for a new one. I ordered this one and so far I'm very happy with it. On my previous one, you had to unscrew a knob, and you were never quite sure how far it needed to be turned to open the circuit. This one has clearly marked OFF and ON positions -- you just need to turn the knob 90 degrees and you can feel a confirming click as you open or close the circuit.
I should note one potential concern: this disconnect switch is longer than my previous one, so you should make sure that you have enough space around the your battery's post so that the switch would fit.

I got these SO quickly! Customer service was absolutely the BEST when I had an issue and they solved it right away! I highly recommend this company!!!

The part looks good and works good so far. After attaching the item to the negative battery post then attached the cable it felt flimsy. It sits about 1/4 inch above the battery and I put a piece of 1/4 inch wood under it to make it solid to attach battery cable.
